Here is a great way to save time, we can cut any of our standard items into your custom sizes using our on-site cutting facilities. We have various levels of service depending on the quantity required. All you need to do is choose your material and then go to "Cutting Service" to choose the level of service you require. Please remember to advise your cutting list in our "Customer Notes" section at the very end of your order.

Cutting Sheet Materials
We have two accurate sheet saws that can cut anything from 1mm thick materials upto 100mm thick materials. The blades on these machines are 4mm wide which means that this amount is lost everytime we take a cut for you. Cutting tolerances are offered at -0/+2mm but we would typically cut panels well within these tolerances.

Cutting Rod Materials
We have three accurate bar saws which range from our unique pneumatic chop saw to our fully automatic billeting saws. These machines can cut billets very accurately and can also quickly produce any custom lengths you may require. Blades on these machines are typically 3mm wide which means that this material loss needs to be accounted for in every cut. Cutting tolerances are again offered at
-0/+2mm but we would typically cut billets well within these tolerances.
