History
The car (Highlander as it was originally named) was commissioned and built by Ian and Paula Marshall back in 2000 to compete in Supergas and after much success by Paula, they ultimately decided to step up and move up into the ultra competitive super modified class and running a fastest time of 8.0sec at 170mph, although latterly increasing work commitments meant the car was laid up for around 2 years.
Direct Plastics Online then decided to purchase the car early in 2010 to compete in supergas and supercomp and a recent new motor and trans was commissioned from Jeff Bull and Andy Frost respectively and has managed to run 8.4sec at 161mph in its new setup.
